Make three styles of croissants (Hands-On class)
Working with a yeasted dough, create a butter block, lamination techniques, cutting, shaping and filling the three styles of croissants, proofing them properly to achieve the right texture inside, and finally, baking them to a rich golden brown.
In this rewarding class, students will make classic butter croissants, ham and cheese croissants, and cinnamon sugar morning buns. Coffee & Tea will be served!
