Anyone know what this is on my puppy?

Just adopted the sweetest German Shepherd who is 9 weeks old. She came to us with this bald patch on the back of her neck and some on the back of each leg and even spots of it on her heels. Any idea what we're dealing with here? I unfortunately don't have the money for a vet visit immediately, although obviously plan to have her seen as soon as I can. Just hoping maybe there is someone here who can suggest what they think it might be. Thank you.
