Sniff Squad Dog Training is hiring passionate assistant dog trainers/daycare associates for our small private Goleta location. Who we are: Sniff Squad is a small and growing dog training, daycare and boarding service offering top-quality services with a friendly customer service touch. This is not your typical dog daycare. We are a service in pursuit of educating dogs and owners first and offering the supporting services such as daycare and boarding second. Although Sniff Squad is serious about dog training and dog care, we are also a silly, fun and innovative business looking for like minded and passionate individuals to join our squad. There is endless opportunity for growth for the right person and this position is a perfect entry position for anyone looking to develop a career in dog training or dog care in general. The Position: +Part-time with opportunity for full-time for the right candidate +Minimum wage to start with rapid growth opportunities within the first 3-6 months Duties: Assistant Dog Trainers/Daycare Associate duties include but are not limited to: +training, transporting and caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages and behavior issues +cleaning of the facilities including bathrooms, training room, vehicle and yard +providing insanely good customer service to all our clients +some administrative duties. +must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays Qualifications: +Some experience handling and caring for dogs +must be comfortable handling all types of dogs but experience with dog training is not required.
