iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company servicing a two hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City and everything in between. The properties we manage can be found on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc. We are currently looking for experienced Housekeepers to service the many properties which we currently manage. *This is not a full time employment job. Cleaners are paid on a per clean bases according to the size of the home, which typically evens out to roughly $25-$30+ per hour*. As a small company, we all wear many hats and do what it takes to get the job done in a timely manner and provide exceptional service to our customers. If this sounds like a group of people you’d like to be a part of, here’s a short summary of the job duties and what we’re looking for: Vacuuming floors and furnishings Sweeping and mopping hard floor surfaces Cleaning, dusting, wiping down all surfaces and furniture Cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing all kitchen and bathroom areas including cabinets, toilets, sinks, appliances and bathing areas Doing dishes / Emptying dishwasher Emptying and sanitizing all waste baskets Stripping all linens off of beds, towels from bathroom, and laundering back to like new Making all beds, resetting towels, restocking amenities (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) Check for marks on walls and clean as necessary Exterior sweeping and cleaning of outdoor furnishings. Report any damage, hazards, repairs as found immediately Perform other duties as assigned Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, *IF INTERESTED, please email a resume for immediate consideration*
