We are a very busy property maintenance and apartment turnover company. We stay busy year-round and are looking to add a few key people to our team to handle our recent expansion. We offer a friendly work environment, 30-minute paid lunch period, competitive pay, weekly bonus incentives and advancement opportunities. We are currently looking for people who have experience in the following areas, Interior painters, House cleaners, Handymen. All of our work is in the greater Huntsville / Madison area. Looking for Full time (Monday - Friday 9-5) or Part Time (2-3 days a week). We do NOT work nights and only work weekends if we get backed up. To qualify you MUST have the following. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the position you are applying for. A valid driver's license AND reliable transportation. A working cell phone Good appearance and work ethic. Those who possess basic tools related to the position they are applying for are strongly preferred. Pay is commensurate with experience as follows. Painters $15 - $25 per hour Handyman $15 - $25 per hour Housecleaners $15 - $20 per hour We pay weekly. If interested, please reply to this ad with the following. 1. Your full name. 2.
