Searching -- extended house sit/pet sit situation

Will you be going away and need a responsible young lady to watch your house, animals, and/or kids? My daughter is 17, and she has taken the child care class through the St. Albans recreation center and is in the Human Resources class at the tech center. She has incredible morals, does not smoke, has a great ability to redirect children, and is keenly aware of potential dangers. She has had experience with hamsters, cats, chickens, and dogs. She currently dog walks three nights a week, and she has also watched cats and/or chickens for two neighbors. For health reasons, we are thinking of having her find a place that she could stay for an extended pet sitting/house sitting position that is a fairly clean and new (ie. no water leakage or possibility of mold or mildew), while we get some renovations done to her room within the next couple of months or so. She would need a fast internet to do her homework, but other than that, no special requirements. Any possibilities out there, please let me know, especially if it is right here in St. Albans city!
