READ THIS ENTIRE POSTING PLEASE! Looking for individuals to be part of our cleaning team for high end short term rental properties in the NORTHERN SCOTTSDALE area. This is part time as we expand, more work will come. The pay is a PAY PER CLEANING **** Raises after 60 days. PAY PER CLEANING - This means we pay a flat fee per unit. Here is what it would look like: 1 BR pays $55 2 BR pays $65 3 BR pays $75 Average cleaing time for a 1 BR is 3 hours, the average for a 2 BR is 3.5 hours. Do the math. **** KEEP IN MIND - Sometime it will take you longer and sometimes it will take you less time to clean. The pay is fair and competitive. Our properties are all condo/apartments so no outside work or cleaning yards etc.. Duties will be: ~ Cleaning the entire1, 2 bedroom condo/apartment property plus laundry (washer and dryers in the unit and we supply detergent). ~ Audit for damages, and missing items and ensure everything in the unit works. ~ Check the in unit storage supply for supply needs for ordering. ~ Other miscellaneous items as needed while there. ~ Complete cleaning checklist and upload pics to our app. Cleaning times start at 11:00 am SHARP at guest check out. No exceptions on start time unless we advise which is rare. You must be willing to work any day of the week. STR Cleaning experience is required. You must be very meticulous and detailed, organized, can work independently, comfortable with technology, and can be trusted to do an exceptional job. If you do not have reliable transportation, cannot be on time, and are not technology savvy, please do not apply. You will be our eyes on the property so you must be reliable and trustworthy.
