Digital Print Production Operator Technician NEEDED!

Innotech Laser is looking to expand our team! We are currently hiring for operators in our print department. This position’s responsibilities may vary from day to day and candidate will work in different areas of the shop. We need workers to be goal oriented team players. We all have different job titles, but at the end of the day we have the same goal… complete the job in time and exceed customer’s expectations, even if it becomes a collaborative effort. Ideal candidate will have production or manufacturing experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Daily Responsibilities include (but are NOT limited to): Examine orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production time, stock specifications and colors Print the job according to exact specifications Prep, setup, and cleanup of printer Catch and report quality issues (must have attention to detail) Maintain constant workflow Meet daily quota Complete tasks ask given by department head Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with RIP software Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Advanced attention to detail and accuracy Strong collaborative working style Consistency Flexibility Self-starter – takes initiative Ability to work under tight deadlines Knowledge of Adobe illustrator, photoshop and other photo editing/ripping are HUGE + Team player—willing to help out in other areas We offer: Competitive pay - dependent upon experience Paid Holidays Medical, vision and dental insurance IRA w/ Company Matching 3% Paid time off Overtime Flexible Boss Work week is Monday – Friday Hours are 7am – 3pm Two 15-minute breaks, 30 min lunch OT is available and may be required of you during holiday season ******MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION******* Send resume to Dave with salary requirements and availability
