Innotech Laser is looking for a Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate who can take direction and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a flexible, multi-faceted individual as it's responsibilities will vary from beginning to end of the day. Main Responsibilities: Receive orders through an online portal Inventory Management Pulling items for orders Packing items for orders Count and record inventory Routinely lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs Daily log of tasks Assist with production Operate Laser Maintain Quality throughout an entire order Ship and fulfill orders to completion Skills/Abilities Required: Takes Initiative Attention to detail (A MUST) Accepts constructive criticism Adapts to high pressure situations Enthusiastic Communicative Open to collaborative work style Experience and Etc: Production/Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Online Fulfillment/Order picking: 1 Year (Preferred) Must have reliable transportation Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 9am - 5:pm Innotech offers: Paid holidays PTO Flexibility Health, dental, and vision insurance IRA w/ 3% employer matching Please send a resume (with salary requirements) and cover letter to Dave.
