Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the safe operation for our corporate office in Bensalem and occasionally Warminster. Maintain safety and operation systems and monitors all regulatory requirements in conjunction with the maintenance supervisor. The majority of time will be spent working at the Corporate Office in Bensalem, PA., a smaller portion of time will be spent at our Residential Treatment Facility in Warminster, PA. as well as our satellite offices in Pennsylvania. Compensation for mileage is provided, for travel between facilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preventive Maintenance and Repairs- Understand procedures for testing the emergency preparedness system. Learn the location of all mechanical systems. Learn HVAC filters and locations. Assist in the preventive maintenance program. Completes work orders as assigned Promote cleaning of equipment components. Suggest ideas that promote equipment reliability. Demonstrate casualty prevention awareness. Recognize potential problems to minimize down time. Assist in the Safety program management Complete fire extinguisher inspection program. Follow lockout tag-out procedures, Report safety hazards. Learn and Follow Life Safety Codes. Responsible for sprinkler systems tests. Suggest ideas that enhance safety programs. Assist in Project management Work as a member of the team. Maintain clean work areas and tool safety. Be self-motivated, anticipate the next step in completing projects. Ability to learn new skills. Some mechanical skills required. Complete tasks/projects. Exhibit communication skills. Ability to resolve problems or refer to pertinent personnel. Ability to manage inventory. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to be able to pass: * Chile Abuse Clearance, * Criminal Background Check, * FBI Fingerprinting and * Drug Screen Travel between facilities: * Valid Driver's License and * Current Auto Insurance * COVID Vaccination Card; Or Written Medical or Religious Exemption Required. Job Type: Part-Time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Pay: Up to $20 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Covid-19, temperature screening and face mask required.
