Our business in Houston, Texas is growing and currently has an opportunity for a Full Time Arcade Field Collector. The Arcade Field Collector's role is to collect money (cash and coins) from all gaming elements as well as supporting and assist in maintaining and scheduling service on all our equipment on location. This could be an opportunity to work on Arcade games, Jukeboxes, Darts, Pinball’s, Virtual Reality games, ATM’s, Pool Tables and more. This role requires traveling in a company vehicle daily to get to our partner locations that need to be serviced or need to collect money from. Support of our equipment includes diagnosing, repairing and maintaining upgrades to any hardware and equipment. You will also troubleshoot any problem areas in a timely fashion and provide any training and assistance to our customer when required. The Arcade Field Collector is expected to communicate effectively and professionally while providing superior customer service to our partners and customers. Send your resume for immediate consideration. *** This is a Monday to Friday Job from 8am to 5 pm work schedule. *** Responsibilities: • Collect cash and coin(s) from the machine • Clean amusement machines and make presentable at time of visit • Account for the security of all money, machines, and merchandise on the route • Merchandise the product in the machine • Maintain service schedules, perform minor repairs • Troubleshoot any issues the machine may have • Resolve complaints customers may have and communicate status to customer • Suggest and/or introduce new items to customer • Check pricing and make suggestions to Supervisor • Turn in all required paperwork to proper department in timely manner • Always represent self in a courteous and helpful manner Qualification of Experience: • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License (NO DWI's on record) • Basic computer skills • Ability to email and Text • Mathematical and Electrical Skills • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to handle physical workload • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment • Numeracy skills and Excellent Attendance • Must be reliable, honest and pass a background check
