Found Black/white dog

My boyfriend found this puppy yesterday afternoon running loose with a black collar and leash but no tags. She appears to be a black/white pit mix - probably around 5-6 months old. We don’t think she has a microchip either because the vet could not find one. She is high energy but SUPER sweet. We just can’t keep her as we already have 3 dogs ourselves. I have posted in several groups on Facebook, nextdoor, reported her on AAC website, and posted signs around town with no luck so far. She really needs a foster as the shelter isn’t intaking any dogs. Im starting to also think she could’ve been abandoned due to the shelters not intaking so she might be looking for a new home!! Please reach out if you can take her or know any information about her!
