The Stratford Education Foundation is proud to sponsor the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program in Stratford. The program, launched in Stratford in August 2019, brings the gift of reading to Stratford children birth to age 5 by having a book from Dolly mailed each month to the children. The joy of having a book read aloud by a parent, guardian, or caregiver means the world to a young child. Books also increase a child's understanding of the world around them, provide them with a rich vocabulary, and prepare them for a bright future.
