Excavator/Skid Steer/Crane Operator (CDL A preferred) Compensation: $52,000 Full-time Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental Construction position that installs septic tanks and related drain field. Position operates and maintains equipment including excavators, skid steers, and crane trucks. Prepares construction sites for Tank Installation and drainage excavation and fill. Uses Excavator to dig holes and trenches used in structural concrete and builds drain fields. Good construction safety practices. Reports to Owner. Current projects are located in Rio Rancho, Placitas, Corrales and Albuquerque Metro area. Home every night. REQUIRED SKILLS - Estimate and Order materials - Attention to Detail - Organization skills - Good oral communication skills and good listening skills. - Problem Solving - Goal Oriented sensitive to customer - Must work well with diverse personalities. RESPONSIBILITIES - Job site Safety: corrects job site hazards immediately. - Performs maintenance checks, repairing and maintaining equipment, and removing debris. - Maintain an organized and clean job site. - Understand and interpret the project estimate/plan. - Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors and other employees.
