Project description: Public works project for a renovation of an existing 3-story hotel, 43 rooms to be utilized as homeless shelter. Pay is prevailing wage.
Requirements
-Previous experience running/ leading a project is a MUST
-Commercial project experience required
-Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to start immediately
- Journeyman license
