help with remodel project - $22/hr cash, paid daily

Hi - I am making some changes to a house I just bought for myself to live in (I am not a flipper). Initially there will be a lot of demo, bagging debris and lugging to the garage. Ripping up old carpet, tearing off wallpaper, stuff like that, a variety of tasks. Later some painting and carpentry. If you have experience there LMK, that's a bonus. I will be doing the work most of the time and looking for a helper. You may be working by yourself at times while I get pulled away for a work call or email. We will work hard for 7-8 hours a day, up to a few days a week. Looking for someone who likes this kind of work, is strong and has a good attitude and is available part time. If things go well, there is a lot to do you could fill in your schedule for weeks maybe months. I will try to work around your other committments. I'm friendly, smart, easy to work with.
