Hey y’all! Anybody need a place to teach voice or piano in the North Park/NH area? We have a room with an e-piano, full length mirror, bookshelf, a floor length sneeze guard and 2 air purifiers. Monster central AC and a plug-in radiator for when it gets cold. We’re renting it by the month and 4 hr blocks. For instance: 1-5p Mondays all month 5.30-9.30p Mondays all month 4hrs = $315/mo — either 1 - 5 or 5.30 - 9.30 weekdays or sat or sun 10 - 2 or 2.30 - 6.30p 8.5 hrs $590/mo — 1 - 9.30p M-F; Sat or Sun 10 - 6.30p - stay early or open late okay. 2 or more 4 hr slots/week = $295/slot It’s isolated and has acoustic panelling and a big rug. It’s in a commercial space and you won’t disturb ppl in the evening. No amplification. Also available for practicing. No drum teachers/practice. You can come early if your time slot is morning/early afternoons, and you can stay late if your slot is evenings M-F or after 2.30p Sat/Sun. $300 security dep. 30 days noice to leave. Month to month credit card charge. Credit check. The charge will run regardless of if you used the space. It’s like a membership.
