Don't use your gas or put miles on your car! You'll use ours. POSITION OVERVIEW We're looking for a full-time handyman / home repair person. This person works in the field performing warranty repair services in our customers' homes and occasionally obtaining measurements for new installations. We've sold our customers home improvement services, like replacement windows, which we warranty for life. REQUIRED SKILLS: *General knowledge of residential construction and basic home improvement and maintenance. *Ability to accurately take measurements *Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy) *Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing workloads. *Familiarity with mobile smartphones and ipads/tablets *Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on quality and results.  *Ability to maintain a preset schedule of job assignments. *Well-organized and on time to each appointment, without exception. *Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team. *Valid Driver’s License. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking to hire multiple reliable new team members with this experience: *3+ years of remodeling, home improvement, contracting, carpentry, and/or residential home repairs or home maintenance experience *Lite plumbing, electrical and items associated within a bathroom, a plus. *2+ years of experience in exterior residential home improvement experience, a plus.
