GLISS is staffing for a manufacturer of high quality, professional oil, acrylic, gouache and watercolor paints is looking to add to their team! Job Summary: Be able to perform efficiently in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and is responsible for helping in the assembly and production process. Duties/Responsibilities: · Assist with all aspects of filling tubes of paint and mediums. This would include placing raw materials into manufacturing machinery to aid in the assembly process and packaging finished goods. · Assembles parts by hand when necessary. · Cleans equipment after each production run and color change. · Applies labels to boxes and assemble boxes that will be used in final production process. · Attention to detail is necessary to ensure quality control standards are met. · Assist with manufacturing, production, and cleanup as needed to enhance company performance. · Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor. Required Skills & Abilities: · High school diploma or GED. · Attention to detail. · Good communication skills. · Good problem-solving skills. · Be self-motivated and be able to work independently. · One – three years assembly experience preferred.
