Need heavy chair moved to second floor walkup TONIGHT

I have a heavy chair that was delivered and is in my back yard. It is still packed in cardboard. I need it unpacked, brought to my second floor apartment, and the packing disposed of. I need this done TONIGHT, rain or shine. This will take two people. I cannot help with this. $40 for the job ($20 per person)
