48forty Solutions Forklift Operator FULL-TIME $17/hr 606 West Troy Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225 The Forklift Operator position is a dynamic and fast paced position. Our operation offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business, but requires someone with a solid work ethic and willingness to learn on the job. Minimum Qualifications include • 6 months of sit down forklift experience required • Ability to lift to 50 - 70 lbs. 100-200 times a day • Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations • Willing to work in a labor-intensive, fast paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively • Willing to work overtime as needed, Saturdays included. • Willing to work outdoors in all elements (Rain and cold weather gear provided) • Ability to work well as a part of a team • Able to take instruction and complete tasks as assigned with minimal supervision Schedule - Shift start: 2:00PM - Shift length: 7.5 - 8.5 hours - Days: Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays as needed Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 90 days - 401k Requirements - Steel Toe shoes with puncture resistant soles or inserts are required for all employees.
