Description

"Nina" is a cute friendly little puppy. She has not been around little kids, but since she is so young, she should be fine. She is still working on house training. She goes potty outside just fine, but has accidents in the house, so she has been staying in a crate when her owner is gone. Her owner works and does not want to leave in her in a crate for long periods, so she has decided to find her a new home where there will be someone home more often to take her out and train her. She is tri-color, black, tan, and white, with a white stripe up her nose. She looks like a husky mix, but with the tan and lots of white on her legs and freckles, you can tell she is a mix. Her mother is a husky, but the father is unknown. I am the owner's neighbor, and offered to help her find a new home. I will be answering the emails and be there for the introduction. Please tell me about yourself, your family, your home, and yard if you have a fence, why you would be a good home for the puppy. Do you have experience with dogs, or the husky breed? Huskies are active dogs, so she will need to be able to exercise as grows up. Do you have a regular vet you use, kids what ages, other pets, do you have time to train her? If you don't want to tell me about yourself, then don't respond. The neighbor feels badly she is rehoming her, and I told her I would make sure to find a good home. I know I will get a lot of emails about the puppy, because there are not a lot of puppies up for adoption, and the shelters and rescues charge up to $300. I suggested to the neighbor asking a modest $100 for her. That way she will easily be offered lots of homes, and I can choose one that will be a good home. Telling me about yourself and answering the kinds of questions I asked will help me do that. Please be honest. I think kids are great with puppies, so I don't consider that a negative. I think someone who has had a husky would know their particular needs: exercise, barking-talking. sometimes chase small animals. A fence is a bonus, but if you have lots of time to walk and exercise and are active, that could help make up for not having a fence. Or if you are a stay at home mom, retired, or have a big family where someone can take her out regularly that helps with her potty training. The neighbor is hoping to find her a new home this week, so I will leave this ad up for a few days to see what kinds of homes Nina is offered. If the ad is still up, I am still considering, so please respond by email. Thank you!
