Let your talent take flight at Pacific Aerodynamic! We are searching for a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician. An Aerospace Technician will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production operations, including cleaning and stripping aerospace components. Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean components with various degreasing agents • Blast components with peening machines • Sort/organize components before and after cleaning • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Multitask several areas of the cleaning facility • Follow written and verbal instructions. • Maintain a clean, organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. • Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures. • Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the company, state and federal authorities. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Skills and Experience: • Know how to use hand tools, machinery, peening equipment, etc. • Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment • Quick learner • Be able to multitask • Must be able to pass a drug, alcohol test and background check Physical Demands: • Ability to lift 25lbs. • Reach forward, up, down and to the side in order to move equipment. • Ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Ability to reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material. • Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
