I’m converting a portion of my garage into two bedrooms. They will be master suite with their own bathrooms. I am Building a wooden floor over the concrete floor, with a space in between I remember of about eight or 10 inches. I’m looking for someone with knowledge of proper slope, venting, and connections to the mainline. We’re excited for the water and sewer Lines are nearby. And this would be good work for a plumber looking to Moonlight, or perhaps a retired plumber. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please contact me to discuss.
