We are a 24 unit, all ground level property of small duplexes built in 1943. We are looking for a part-time reliable handyman. We will flex around your schedule for maintenance requests. This position would require light electrical and light plumbing skill, along with general maintenance experience and skill. Please be a good communicator and reliable.
