General Requirements Liability Insurance & License - must be up-to-date Your own equipment and vehicle (unmarked). Ability to read, follow, and execute contracts Ability to communicate with homeowners while being friendly, with a good attitude and problem solving skills. Good at Communicating. Not a pain in the ass to work with. Use our Uniforms, Lawn Signs, Business Cards. Amazing Clean-Up & Customer Service. Trade Specific Requirements Siding Experience Framing Experience Clean & Professional Cuts Clean & Professional Caulking Residential Experience Install Windows & Doors Professionally and Correctly Painting Experience is a bonus.* Amazing Clean-Up & Customer Service. Specific Tool Requirements Trailer (you are responsible for debris generated by the project) Scaffolding / Pump Jacks / Capable from Ladders All other tools necessary to complete Siding & Carpentry Work.
