Park Place Ltd. is looking for a Handyman to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs and upkeep on landscaping, for our commercial locations (2). The candidate must have some basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, and customer service knowledge. This candidate should be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor. Park Place Ltd. is a Premier Luxury, Collector, and Exotic Car Dealership. Founded in 1987, the Park Place Ltd. Motor Group is a locally owned and independently operated specialty auto dealership located in the heart of Bellevue, WA. Duties and Job Responsibilities  Performs routine building and grounds maintenance to ensure that the facilities are clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.  Perform various landscaping tasks. Examples may include Upholding the landscaping design, Monitoring property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance, applying fertilizer, Take out weeds and dead plants, Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves, Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs, watering, power washing & leaf blowing facilities grounds.  Cleans, assists, and inspects the buildings, grounds, and equipment.  Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.  Performs repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, lighting installation, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.  Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.  Repair equipment and various machines and appliances.  Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.  Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.  Collaborates with maintenance workers, maintenance managers, and contractors.  Performs other related duties as assigned.  Complies with all company safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills:  Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.  Good knowledge of electrical works, carpentry, and landscaping.  Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.  Positive attitude and Strong communication skills with property management.  Self-starter with good time management skills.  Safety Consciousness.  Being highly observant.  Ability to work under pressure.  Ability to prioritize tasks.  Ability to follow instructions.  Ability to solve problems. Education and Experience Requirements: - At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Hours and Benefits  Salary - DOE  Monday – Friday, Full-Time, 40 Hours/Wk.  401K program, health and dental insurance, paid time off, sick days.
