Hello everyone, I'm a local singer-songwriter and a music instructor. I teach group and private (voice/guitar/piano) music lessons in Central Portland but looking for a second location in Beaverton/Tualatin/Lake Oswego/Tigard area. Maybe you have a space and would be willing to lease a room to me by hour/day or other. Ideally, a room for private classes and groups of up to 6 kids, but even if there's only space for 1 x 1 lessons, please reach out to me. Looking to rent asap.
