found stolen blue bianchi bike in nopo

our neighbors called the cops because they thought someone was breaking into our house. Cops showed up and someone ran away but they ditched this bike so I’m assuming it’s stolen. If you can just give a description of markings/ seat/ anything on the bike I’ll give it to ya. Chain is insanely rusty so it’s probably been missing awhile
