Found Cat

This cat has been living on my balcony since Sept 1, 2022 if not earlier. For a few weeks I thought he (I'm actually not sure of the gender) belonged to another person in my complex but it doesn't seem like it. He has a bad limp on his back leg, a docked tail, and no collar. I've been giving him food and water but he is not friendly. Not sure if he's feral or just a scared cat.
