Who's in charge of the DNC?

Back in 2015, at the end of Barack Obama's second term, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) was FLAT BROKE. The DNC was getting ready to file for bankruptcy, when Bill and Hillary Clinton stepped in to save the organization. I don't know how much they paid, but the Clintons purchased the DEBT of the DNC and signed a contract that allowed them to take over operations By 'take over operations', I mean this included day-to-day business decisions, finances, employee salaries, etc. In a nutshell, the Clintons basically owned the DNC from the day they bought the debt. Of course, since the Clintons owned the DNC, there was no way Bernie Sanders was going to be allowed to win the DNC primary race. This means, the Clintons basically purchased Hillary's presidential nomination, by purchasing the very organization that does the nominating. Cool, huh? (As a side note, I have to wonder if they might have used some of that $145 Million the Russians gave them?) But now, 7 years later, I wonder if the Clintons still own the DNC, or if they may have sold that debt off to someone else...?? Who else would want to buy that debt, to control the DNC? The Obama's? George Soros? The mind reels at the possibilities. How do we find out who owns the DNC now? Does anyone have any information on this?
