Build a door ramp for entry into a building

There is a small hump when you enter our door We have three at the building and I need someone who can just remove the small bump at the entrance and make it available for people to enter with canes Also I need to have two deadbolts added to the building I need tint placed on the windows or blinds There are two file cabinets that I need put together Also I need someone to take a electrical cord over the door and off the floor Must have your own tools We will buy what is necessary to build the ramp We have a leak under the counter that needs to be corrected And other little things It is not huge just a little bump that people have o step up to enter the building
