ABOUT TWILIGHT DESIGNS Twilight Designs is a full service electrical contractor specializing in commercial electrical projects, parks and HOA electrical and landscape lighting. www.LandscapeLighting.vegas LANDSCAPE LIGHTING CREW LEAD- This position requires you to take the lead role in organizing new work in our landscape lighting division including new work and service calls. Your role will be to help organize an schedule new work that come in to the company and take a lead role in installing projects that meets and exceeds company standards and customer expectations and a safe and efficient manner. We realize that landscape lighting as a specialty is a niche business, we do not require extensive experience in landscape lighting specifically and are willing to train however some extensive experience in landscaping, irrigation, electrical, or other trades with experience running crews and working outside it required. DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS - Order and organize stock and incoming materials for upcoming project installations - Schedule work based on company workload, material lead times and other factors and ensure any schedule changes are coordinated and communicated to the client. - Keep work vehicle clean and organized and ensure that all employees under your supervision maintain cleanliness, are prepared with proper tools and that vehicle is restocked regularly. - Maintain a positive company image to our clients and sustain a positive work environment with your crew. - Communicate regularly with the client by introducing your crew, explaining our installation processes when needed and installation related challenges to them allowing for feedback when appropriate. - Develop a thorough understanding of Twilight Designs product and service offerings to identify potential upsells and add-ons - Install low voltage fixtures, wiring and transformers at locations shown on lighting design. - Must have a drivers license and clean drivers record. - Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outside throughout the year and work on roofs and ladders when needed. - Be self-motivated and a self-starter with a willingness and motivation to grow, learn and excel at your job/trade. - Must have some proficiency with computers and mobile devices and Microsoft Office programs. - Be able to pass a background check
