Emergency Restoration Experts, LLC and Dolphin Properties, Inc DBA Emergency Restoration are sister companies working together to take care of restoration needs. Dolphin Properties is looking for a Rebuild Superintendent to join our team of experts in repairing properties after experiencing a loss due to water damage, mold, fire damage or sewage damage. Scope of the position: The superintendent will ensure completion of all rebuild projects assigned by the Project Manager. This position will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling job costs, and completing quality inspections; final walk-throughs and managing vendor/customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: Create, manage, and meet budgets for the restoration projects including labor, supplies, materials and other project costs Collaborate with customers, vendors, project managers, rebuild coordinators on the job progress Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers Schedule and assign vendors in accordance to project timelines Maintain documentation for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary Adheres to safety requirements to prevent fines and interruptions by complying with and enforcing codes Qualifications: Prefer minimum of 7-10 years of experience in restoration and construction Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening Knowledge of restoration budgeting best practices Good planning skills, resource allocation and contingencies In-depth understanding of local, state and federal restoration regulations Great problem-solving and decision-making skills Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Company Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401K/Retirement Employee Discounts Employee assistant program (EAP) On the job training Safe work environment "Dolphin Properties is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer"
