UC CLEANING,LLC is hiring for a CLEANING SUPERVISOR: (Resume only) Supervisor Requirements: -Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (A MUST) -Ability to handle physical workload -Strong attention to detail -Strong organizational skills -Must be proactive in the line of duty -Excellent decision- making ability is a must have -Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines /principles -Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team,and MOST importantly, LEAD a team  -MUST have excellent communication skills in speaking,writing, and even listening -Must be outstanding when it comes to organization and coordination of both humans and their activities -MUST have good interpersonal attributes.( MEANING) The  SUPERVISOR must be someone that gets along easily -with people(easily approachable) Supervisor Responsibilities: -Coaching and developing employees (cleaners) -Establishments of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures -Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly -Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also misuse -Providing and form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties - Motivate the team daily and on a consistent basis - Re- locate workers to cover absences -Train new hires -Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
