South Central Kansas REACT (SCKSREACT) is a group organized for the purposes of Severe Weather Observation, Public Safety Support, Emergency/Non Emergency Communications, Special Event Security and Parking Control, Motorists Safety Breaks and Helping your Community in times of need.
