Landscaping - Weed Wack/Clean Up

We are looking for someone who has experience landscaping commercial buildings. The back of our building has grown a bunch of weeds. Our dumpster also is behind the building which has cause garbage to accumulate. I am looking for someone to weed wack/mow the area and clean up all the garbage. Want the area to look nicer. Must have all the appropriate equipment to do the job. Must be able to accept venmo, cash app or paypal as we are not at the facility on a daily basis.
