Looking for handyman for projects on my rental property

I'm looking for a skilled handyman that has availability in their schedule to help here and there with projects relating to my rental properties. I have a project I need help with as soon as possible. It entails adding two doors to two different doorways in order for my tenants to turn the dining room into a bedroom. What is needed would be a visit to the property to measure the existing doorways then heading for a hardware store/Home depot to get two door slabs and two door knobs as well as hinge hardware and screws. You would need to mortise new hinges and install the doors along with the knobs and prime/paint them white if they are not already prefinished from the hardware store. Thats basically it... Looking for someone with good experience and good references. Someone that is able to show up to do the work if they say they will and for someone with their own tools and transportation. I prefer if you have enough cash reserves to be able to purchase the materials for each job and keep the receipts to turn into me for final payment after the work is completed. Since this would be the first time working together we can figure out a way to do it differently on the first job if needed. I'm looking to form a long term relationship as I have 6 rental units in North Adams and often need work done on them.
