Beaches senior community seeking organized self starter who takes pride in their work for a full-time housekeeping position. Must have reliable transportation. Applicant should be able to communicate clearly, follow directions, meet deadlines, have knowledge of cleaning chemicals/supplies and practice proper safety guidelines. Job requires frequent bending, standing, lifting and use of step stool and ladder. Job duties include but are not limited to: cleaning of common areas including floors and carpets and helping with apartment turnovers. Must be able to pass a background check. Full time, M-F, 8-5. No weekends.
