Local Cleaning company looking to subcontract a 2-3 person crew to clean new construction residential homes. Job will include: Removal of floor protectant and trash Shop vac floor vents, cabinets, closets, etc Washing Kitchens and bathrooms Vacuuming Mopping Jobs range from a TOTAL of 6-18 hours depending on the size. May have more than one job a day and will need to be available various days of each week. Schedule is random and set by the builder. Job Starts @ $25/hr up to $35/hr depending on experience. Will need to supply own supplies and be able to speak and understand English. I do not speak Spanish. Contact Becky for more information
