Join local non-profit Live Free Yoga at Train or Die Compound for a weekly yoga practice designed to help us ground in the present, recover, and build strength. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Mats will be provided. This class is offered for free. If you are able to give, donations to Live Free Yoga are accepted via PayPal.
Live Free Yoga is a 501(c)(3) organization on a mission to eradicate recidivism and empower the incarcerated community through entrepreneurship, self-rehabilitation, and advocacy. Our programs use yoga as the vehicle for radical transformation.
