Payment by Venmo as soon as I can validate done this evening probably between 6&7 PM. I have a rental property that we had some squatters and then an attempt at a homeless camp get set up. North Springfield Kearney/National area. It's not like you would imagine the trash at a homeless camp it was caught pretty early. Most is fairly organized I just need it hauled away. I have to go back over there tonight to do some work on the house and the yard. What I need: 1. In the carport there is stuff we threw out of the house. 3 mattresses (at least) and then some random clothes and small furniture all in a pile. Everything in the carport goes except the trashcan which is actually the trashcan for the house. 2. Out back in the alley there is a bunch of bagged trash, trash in a trashcan that does not belong to the house and trash I tried to mostly put in tubs. It's mostly clothes and crap. Everything in the alley behind the house needs to go. Some of it looks like the neighbors trash but I need it gone too. Looking for all that to be gone when I get there tonight when I go over there to do some work. If you have time today and you want to go do this you will probably need a truck and a trailer. Payment is $100 for the labor and $20 for the dump fee.
