Real estate investor seeking painters and Drywallers. Residential home flips. Very busy. Must be reliable, drug free and reliable transportation. Must have own TOOLS which include a sprayer!! Starting pay is piece work at $20 per hour estimated. Labor only. Example : to paint exterior of home, we estimate and agree it takes 5 days, that’s 40 hours x $20. That equals $800 for that particular piece. Once completed, you work will be inspected and once pass, will pay you within minutes per zelle or Venmo. Long term work.
