Benefits Part-time & Full-time positions available Time schedule available and working days: Mon-Sun: 2nd. shifts available. Based on experience & position you can make from $13.00 to $13.50 per hour to start. We offer paid "Personal Time Off" benefit for full time position after first year of employment Paid Mileage reimbursement program available for some positions. After completion of 90 days probationary period some part-time positions may convert to full-time positions. Bonuses for excellent performance! Our Requirements You must like cleaning & making customers happy Must have 6+ months previous experience as office cleaner / janitor / housekeeper / maid. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record Reliable own working vehicle. Valid auto insurance Must live no more than 20 miles around Zip Code 32935   Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must have Smart Cell Phone with email, data, GPS available Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Comfortable working alone or in teams Able to lift 35+ lbs or more as needed. Able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties for 8 hours or more Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Able to communicate in English.
