Qualifications: • Must be comfortable working on various roof heights, slopes, and roof types including confidentially climbing up to 40' • Solar install experience preferred • Must be able to work in extreme environments • Must be able to lift heavy modules, inverters, and batteries • Experience working with residential pitched roof • Residential roofing/construction experience • Must be comfortable working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders steep roofs • Ability to perform repetitious duties including lifting (up to 60 lbs.), bending and standing for long periods of time • OSHA certification and/or knowledge of OSHA standards • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Responsibilities: • Work in a team setting to assemble and install PV (photovoltaic) systems on roofs or other structures • Build roof attachments, PV racking and install modules • Electrical wiring (DC and AC), conduit bending, electrical switches and monitoring systems • Install energy storage systems, service equipment • Maintain clean worksite, organize and load van
