General contractor seeking residential construction workers for year-round full-time work in the Paradise and Chico areas. Benefits after 90 days, foreman will be provided company utility truck with fuel card after 1 year, wages dependent on experience. Please carefully read the requirements below and if you meet the requirements and are interested send me a brief email with your resume attached. requirements are as follows: Laborer- reliable transportation, ability to use basic hand tools, have a set of nail bags with basic tools, must be reliable, hard-working, willingness to learn all construction trades. Semi-skilled workers- all requirements of laborer, have your own tools for your trade and 1 year experience in one of the following trades: framing, concrete, finish carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, plumbing flooring or remodeling work. Journey level/Foreman- all requirements of laborer and semi-skilled worker, 2 additional years-experience in the trades, 3 years-experience as a crew leader/foreman, ability to work from set of plans, strong organizational skills, ability to manage small to medium crews, ability to accurately estimate and order materials.
