HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Wednesday, Howard County has a total of 11,753 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 191 deaths. The state has 292,904 confirmed cases and 5,960 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 27,711 people have been hospitalized to date.
