KITCHEN - remove all cabinet hardware and save - Remove kitchen sink and faucet and install new sink and faucet - Remove water softening system under the kitchen sink and repair the cabinet wood - Install new gas range, good, oven, microwave and refrigerator - Apply window privacy frost tint film to kitchen windows LIVING ROOM - repair sliding glass door trim - Hang ceiling fan - Move tv mounting hardware lower - Repair/Replace front door hardware DINING ROOM - install new pendant light POWDER ROOM - install new vanity with sink, faucet, toilet, mirror, and baseboards MASTER BATHROOM - Remove cabinet hardware, save for me, and replace with new hardware - Install bathroom sink faucets, shower & bath hardware, towel bars and toilet paper holders - Remove large mirror, wrap with tape and cardboard and put into garage then hang two mirrors above the sinks - Install mirrored closet doors MIDDLE BATHROOM - remove shower door frames and repair damaged area from adhesion of the frame - Remove shower faucet/ head and replace with black matte hardware - Install black matte towel rod and toilet paper holder on wall, not vanity - Install new Bluetooth exhaust fan - Install new recessed lights - Remove large mirror, wrap with tape and cardboard and put into garage then hang two mirrors above the sinks MASTER BEDROOM - install ceiling fan - Repair or clean sliding door track and door casing - Hang doors and add new hinges and hardware BEDROOM 1 - Replace recessed light - install ceiling fan - Repair window screens and hardware BEDROOM 2 - Replace recessed light - install ceiling fan - Repair window screens and hardware
