Need painting helper for a week for two jobs

Hi all, PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING BEFORE RESPONDING!!! I’m a painter and have two jobs for the next couple weeks. One is north east Austin, the other in south Austin. You don’t need a ladder or anything, just show up and give me a good days work. I can pay you via Venmo or Zelle, but no cash. I don’t carry cash or write checks. Both jobs are exterior, single story Pay is $15/hr unless you’re as good as me, then you get more Don’t waste my time. I can pay you after the first day via Venmo. Zelle. But after that, I pay when it gets done I’m supplying everything. You will sign a contract with me prior to starting work I don’t accept bids and not looking for subs We work from 8am to 6pm with a one hour lunch I will not accept tardiness or leaving early because you have to “pick up your kid you never mentioned before from school” haha but seriously, come up with something better. No, your wife does not need you and why is your ring off?? Lol as a contractor, I’ve heard it all. Just show up, do good work and let’s get it done!!!!
