Small frame Russian Blue female cat lost in Forest Dale area on 9/11/2022. She's a bit shy and skittish of loud noises and people, but we're hoping that she found solace with someone. *She recently had a procedure at the Rutland Animal Hospital and has the left side of her face shaved.*
